Drying Method
Dehydrated at a low temperature of 50–55°C using heat-pump and hot-air-circulated tray dehydrators with controlled temperature and humidity, locking in up to 95% of the vegetable's natural colour, aroma and nutrition.
Quality Assurance
- Zero maltodextrin, zero anti-caking agents, zero additives — 100% natural
- Zero sulphur or chemical treatment
- Cutting and slicing done using SS304 food-grade equipment
- All processing machinery is SS304 grade
- May form lumps over time — a natural effect of being additive-free and hygroscopic, not a quality issue
