About Dehydrated Orange Malta (Without Sugar)
Mirai Organics' Dehydrated Orange Malta is made from Malta orange, the juicy hill citrus of north India, sliced and dried without any sugar, preservative, artificial colour or flavour. Each slice keeps its natural orange colour and citrus aroma, which is why dried orange slices (sukha santra / dried malta) are one of the most ordered products from our Panchkula, Haryana facility.

How we make it
Fresh Malta oranges are sorted, washed and sliced on SS304 food-grade equipment, then dried in heat-pump and hot-air-circulated tray dehydrators where temperature and humidity are controlled. Slow, controlled drying keeps the colour bright and the slice intact, without any sulphur or chemical treatment. Only A-grade slices are packed.
Rehydration and storage
Dropped into hot water for 3–5 minutes, the slices soften back close to fresh fruit — handy for teas and infusions. Store the packet airtight in a cool, dry place away from moisture and light; stored this way the slices have a shelf life of about 1 year.
We supply Dehydrated Orange Malta in bulk at ₹1,000/Kg (reference rate) with a 10 Kg MOQ, packed in 1 Kg, 5 Kg and 10 Kg packs for cafés, bakeries, beverage brands, gifting companies and exporters across India.
